Here at Cleveland Motel we offer comfortable and affordable accommodation. We have 12 studio units, 10 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units. Other facilities include; 2 geothermal pools, large outdoor heated swimming pool, children’s playground, barbecue areas, ample parking for buses/trailers/boats and more. Spacious grounds and comfortable interiors at Cleveland Motel are the obvious choice for your stay in Rotorua. |

The two bedroom unit has one double bed and one single bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the lounge. Full Kitchen, dining room and lounge. Television, Sky. Thermally heated. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
From the north by car: Rotorua is 234 kilometres from Auckland, a journey which takes about three and half hours by leisurely car ride using State Highways 1 and 5. From Auckland city, take the motorway South, following the signs to Hamilton. Once in Hamilton take State Highway 1 to Tirau and turn off on State Highway 5 signposted to Rotorua. From the south by car: Rotorua is 457 kilometres from Wellington, via the Desert Road on State Highway 1. Coming from Taupo in the south, Rotorua is just over an hour’s car journey on State Highway 5. |
