This modern one bedroom property is located in the heart of Corlette situated between Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay and just up the hill from the Peppers Anchorage. Whilst the property has long distant water views its quiet neighbourhood and poolside amenities provide for a relaxing holiday just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The room has a queen bed and 2 singles in the one large bedroom with ensuite and a separate living area/kitchen combined.

Guests are able to enjoy normal television plus an almost full package of Foxtel channels.

The kitchen boasts sufficient crockery and cutlery for the maximum guests, a large fridge and dishwasher and cook top stove/oven.

Outside near the pool is a BBQ and outdoor heated spa. All you would ever need for a relaxing holiday in Port Stephens.

It ideally suits a younger family of 2 adults and 2 children or intimate enough just for couples.

Getting There	Travel north from Sydney along the F3 freeway heading towards the north coast. Turn off the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace onto Richardson Road and follow the signs to Salamander Bay. Turn onto Bagnalls Beach Road; turn left into Sandy Point Road, right into The Peninsular. Please call 30 minutes before arrival so one of our staff members can greet you at the unit on arrival.
Parking	Off street car parking is provided.
Things To Do	Swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, dolphin watching, whale watching, 4 wheel driving tours and quad bike adventure tours. There is also bush walking, National Park, koala habitats exploring and Hunter Valley wine tours.
