At Rooftops B&B we strive to give you that little bit extra, hospitality, welcoming smiles and comfort. All of our rooms have been thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing ambience. Middle Earth has a Spa bath ensuite, while the Rooftops Room has a private balcony and ensuite. The Green Room has shared facilities but is still comfortable and stylish. A generous breakfast buffet is available from 7.30am. You can eat alfresco on the balconies in fine weather. You can stroll to the Ulmarra Hotel for a bistro lunch 7 days a week and enjoy a Bistro style dinner Friday and Saturday evenings only. Cafes and shops are in close proximity, you wont need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. We have a servo and Post Office that can provide fast food just a 50 metre walk down Coldstream Street. Ulmarra is an old River Port Village founded in 1857, most of the buildings are over 100 years old and still looking beautiful, it's a photographer's haven. Come and stay for as long as you need we guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Getting There	Rooftops is situated only 50 metres off the Pacific Highway in Ulmarra. Signs have been placed on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Coldstream Street Ulmarra which will direct you to Rooftops. Look up and you will see our mural on the top of our building, don't be distracted by the bookshop in the front, walk down the side and into our courtyard... Welcome to Rooftops Bed and Breakfast.
Parking	Off street car parking is available at the rear of the building via a River Street lane way.
Things To Do	Ulmarra is rich in architecture and history. An old River Port Village, Ulmarra was a metropolis before a fire burned the original town down in the late 1900s. Ulmarra has antique and brick a brack shops, an art Gallery, a op shop, a giftware shop, a Cafe Bistro and a Pub. Local buses run regularly to Grafton and to the Yamba beaches. Linking up with the train station, Country Link is the NSW XPT express train to Brisbane and Sydney. Situated right on the River you can swim, paddle, explore the town or just walk around the village. 40 minutes drive to Yamba/Angourie surfing or Wooli on the coast. Grafton is a fifteen minute drive to the city centre. Grafton Airport is 20 minutes away, and Coffs Harbour is just over 1 hours drive south.
