This newly built hotel, which opened in January 2005, is located in the modern Avenida de Francia, the area with the most development in the city, just a few metres away from the "City of Arts and Sciences". It has extremely good communication routes and it is surrounded by a large number of shopping and leisure centres, so it is the ideal hotel for both business and tourist trips.It has 140 rooms and suites.
