Our property is situated in the beautiful town of Wauchope, a suburb of Port Macquarie, and a short drive to the CBD. Timbertown Resort and Motel is regarded as the best value accommodation in the Port Macquarie area and is the 'complete' resort. The relaxing and quiet location is perfect for family holidays, weekend getaways, short breaks, and business travellers. The resort sits on 5 acres and has a full size tennis court, modern, safe and shade covered childrens playground equipment, saltwater resort style swimming pool with spa, and sufficient security car parking to meet any need. Timbertown Resort and Motel is conveniently located next door to Timbertown - the Historical Tourism Park in Wauchope. Wauchope is the gateway to the majestic hinterland of forests, ruggered mountain ranges, rainforest reserves and National Parks. Only 15 minutes from Port Macquarie with its clean, golden beaches of the Holiday Coast. Timbertown Resort and Motel has completed 6 of its new rooms. These rooms are NOT refurbished, but are NEW. They offer an exceptional level of quality. Our Resort and Motel Facilities include: - Swimming Pool - Tennis Court - FREE use of court & equipment - Large Undercover BBQ Area - FREE to use - Open Park Area - Laundry Facilities -Coin Operated - Children's Play Area - Room service available - Direct dial phones - Wireless internet - FREE to use - Facsimile - FREE to use - Photocopying available - FREE to use Timbertown Resort is currently in the final stages of its most recent major upgrade (Although no work is being carried out during the holidays). This stage is partially completed with the remainder due for completion by Christmas 2008. Once complete, we will offer a new onsite restaurant, conference room and an additional 6 rooms. Our property is located within a short walking distance of bistro's and coffee shop, and a 2 minute drive to the local country club, RSL and local shopping centre. PLEASE NOTE: WHILE KEYS CAN BE COLLECTED AFTER OFFICE HOURS, TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE NOT WAITING TO CHECK IN FOR A STAFF MEMBER TO ARRIVE, IF A BOOKING IS MADE, AFTER 5.30PM FOR A LATE ARRIVAL ON THE SAME DAY, PLEASE CALL THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO 6.45PM TO ENSURE THAT YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND TO ARRANGE TO HAVE THE KEY LEFT OUT. |

Our closest cross streets are Blackbutt Drive and Forest Way Wauchope. We are located between the United Service Station (the cheapest in the area) and Timbertown Theme Park, on the same side of the road. |
