Surf Beach is 6 kms south of Batemans Bay along the picturesque Beach Road which is a tourist route. For business or pleasure, you will be extremely comfortable at Parker by the Sea. These townhouses are of an exceptional size and quality and each townhouse offers: * Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with seating for 6 * Kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fan-forced oven, stone benchtop, dishes, cutlery. * Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV & DVD * 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds (1 with ensuite) and 1 with 2 single beds * 2 bathrooms; master with ensuite; separate toilet * Large sunny deck with outdoor setting for 6 * Separate laundry with washing machine * Reverse cycle aircon./heating in main living area * Double car secure garage or single garage+ add'n carspace * Plenty of space for the extended family (approx. 180sqm) * No smoking Terms & Conditions To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions: *Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. *Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. *Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. *Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests. *Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and no refund of money paid. *Bed linen is provided. Soap & toiletries are not provided. Towels are not provided so please bring your own. *Pets are not allowed. *Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property. *Smoking – There is no smoking inside the property. Directions: Head south out of Batemans Bay along Beach Road approx. 6-7 kms is Surf Beach. (Note: to stay on Beach Rd., turn LEFT at the 4th set of lights). Just past the shops (IGA etc) turn RIGHT onto Surf Beach Ave. Take 1st LEFT onto Ocean Ave, then take immediate LEFT onto Parker Ave and finally proceed to #30 for check-in (left hand side of street at the top of the hill). |

| Things To Do |
There's plenty to do...... BEACHES: A 5 minute walk and it's sun, sand and surf! Parker By The Sea is on a quiet street parallel to Beach Rd. and a selection of beaches. Surf Beach is a family friendly beach that is patrolled during summer holidays. Denhams beach is to the North and Wimbie beach is to the South. Enjoy a nice long stroll, power-walk or run along the sand at any time of the year. SHOPS: There is a small shopping complex across the street from the beach. It has an IGA Supermarket, Surf Beach Pizza for great pizza, pasta, fish and chips (eat in or takeaway), Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser, Bottle Shop and Fishing Supplies Shop. FISHING : Batemans Bay is the place...river...bay...or surf. Several charter companies in the Bay offer deep sea excursions. Or if the fish aren't biting, there's plenty of good fish shops around! BUSH: Go west and experience the Budawang mountain range - the most rugged, unspoilt bush in New South Wales. GOLF: If golf is your thing, the Catalina Country Club boasts a pituresque 27 hole championship golf course. It's just a 5 min drive away and is complete with a most welcoming 19th hole. MOGO ZOO: A trip to the Bay is not complete without a visit to Mogo Zoo which is just a 10min drive from Surf Beach. Mogo Zoo is commited to the survival of endangered animals and provides world standard facilities for over 100 animals of more than 38 rare and exotic species, including the rare white lions of 'Timbavati'. It's not just for the kids. There's always something new there to check out. SURFING: Surf Beach is great for body surfing and boogey boards. Soulrider surf school offers beginners lessons right at Surf Beach. SCUBA: The Dive Shop in Batemans Bay offers boat dive trips to popular nearby spots. BOWLS: The Malua Bay Bowling club (5min drive from Surf Beach) hosts Sunday Sippers; a social barefoot bowls experience for the entire family. It's very thirsty work !! |
