We are situated on SH1, overlooking Maori Hill Park, opposite Caroline Bay and the Timaru Port, with views of the glorious Southern Alps. Across the road are the Desmond Unwin Tennis Centre and Aqualand Maori Swimming Pools. We have 12 fully self-contained units. These are clean, spacious and comfortable, sleeping from 1-10 people. Eleven units have easy same level access from undercover off street parking plus another large family unit upstairs with a large deck. We offer friendly, helpful service and great rates that represent excellent value for money. All units are serviced daily and we offer cooked and continental breakfast served to your room on request. We are close to the CDB, local restaurants and the beautiful Caroline Bay. |

Large 3 bedroom unit with two bathrooms, extra large kitchen and plenty of room for sports teams or large family groups. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 10 adults, and a maximum of 8 children but cannot exceed 10 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:
