There are beautiful views from the bedrooms and the deck of the Channel between the mainland and Bruny Island and the tranquility of the property just makes you want to stay for ever. We serve a cooked breakfast and between that, the views, fresh air and peace, we feel we are offering something very special. Smoking cannot be done within 10 meters of any window or door into the home however there are many areas in the garden where you can enjoy a quiet puff to your heart's delight.
