Tastefully furnished and finished with quality European appliances, these superior apartments are ideal for couples, families or the astute business traveler. Whether you choose, a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment you are guaranteed superior service and comfort. All apartments include free ADSL internet access. Our location in central Broadbeach is only a short stroll to the CBD and alfresco dining of the Broadbeach area, also located within easy walking distance is the giant Pacific Fair Shopping centre, patrolled surf beach, Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS 20/11/09 - 08/12/09 - For all minors under 18 yrs of age travelling without parents. a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages. - Bookings will not be accepted where all guests are under 18yrs of age. - A personal valid credit card imprint will be required on check - in for all bookings and this must be in the name of the primary guest who makes the booking. If this is unavailable then a $500 cash bond per person sharing the accommodation will be held on check - in trust to cover any incidentals, damages or extra cleaning in the apartment. - All guests are required to sign house rules on check in as we have a strict no party policy in our building due to the number of permanent residents residing in the building. - Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation. |

| Things To Do |
Ultra Broadbeach is only a short walk north to the Broadbeach CBD, approximately six minutes. Here you will find banks, eateries from alfresco to al-a-carte, coffee shops, boutiques & the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Walk west about eight minutes and you come to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the largest shopping resort on the Gold Coast. Pacific Fair has almost every shop available and visited by ninety percent of tourists that visit the Gold Coast. Catch the monorail from the Oasis Shopping Centre (Broadbeach CBD) and take in a show or meal at Jupiter’s Casino or play the tables and win a fortune. Go east about three minutes and you come to the stunning beaches of the Gold Coast. The beach at Broadbeach is skirted by 35 acres of parklands with concrete walkways the whole length. The walkway has exercise programs at certain points and for the fitness conscious, it is a chance to exercise daily in a beautiful environment. In The Area: Whale watching (in season), diving/snorkelling, fishing, local rainforest tours, golf, hot air ballooning, horse riding, Theme parks (Seaworld, Movieworld, Dreamworld, Wet‘n’Wild) & beautiful golden beaches. |
