Elouera on Seagull is a superbly appointed 4 bedroom luxury villa; 100m to patrolled beach, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Elouera on Seagull is a 2 year young boutique residence located 150 steps from the beautiful Mermaid Beach. Perfect for 2 or 3 couples or families with 3 + children. The villa is NOT suitable for groups hosting parties and functions or schoolies as it is located in a quiet residential street and we would like to keep this ambience and our neighbors happy. This spectacular holiday accommodation is another magnificent villa by the owner/managers of "Elouera Villa" at Nobby Beach. As you enter Elouera On Seagull, you will be in awe with the polished timber floorboards and stonework feature entry. The tranquil sound of the sheer decent waterfall cascading into the beautiful plunge pool (which doubles as a spa) will have you enticed the moment you set eyes on it. Nothing has been left to task. Everything feature you could want for your ultimate beach holiday has been catered for. Located 500 metres from the local retail village of Nobby Beach which incorporates hair salons, beauty parlours, convenience stores, transportation and intimate casual restaurants. Mermaid and Nobby Beach are approximately 2km south of Broadbeach and 5km South of Surfers Paradise. Close by for ease of local transport, yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle to indulge in pure relaxation. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. A bond of $300 per day (Upto max. $1500) cash or credit card surety is payable on check in. The bond will be refunded within 48 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. All linen and towels are supplied. Pool/beach towels are available on request (no fee). A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started. Pets are not allowed and smoking is definitely not permitted inside the Villa. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property. |

Rates are for 8 people. Maximum occupancy is 8. Bedding configuration is a king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 4 bedrooms, the king room has a walk in robe, ensuite, spa bath and large rain shower. Rates are for 8 people. The room caters for a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 7 children but cannot exceed 8 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

From Brisbane - take Exit 71 Broadbeach Nerang Road and follow to the end. Turn right (south) onto Gold Coast Highway. Turn left into Heron Avenue then second right into Seagull Avenue. Elouera on Seagull is the 2nd building on the left. Your host will advise which number villa your will be staying. Nearest train station is Robina approximately 10 minutes by car. Closest airport is Coolangatta approximately 20 minutes by car. Brisbane airport is approximately 1hr 20 minutes by car. |
