Puketui apartments, Bay Of Islands, is situated in the quiet native bush of Opua, five minutes drive from Paihia. The trendy, fully self contained apartments have beautiful sea views. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All towels supplied and changed daily. The open plan kitchen and lounge is equipped with all cooking facilities, leather couch, table and chairs. One single bed in the lounge. All linnen supplied and changed on demand. Rooms open up to a large, private deck with sea views.Puketui apartments prides itself on caring for the environment so we recycle everything and use only environmentally friendly cleaning products. Park up you trailer boat in the marina, walking distance from your doorstep or enjoy an amazing coastal bush walk to Paihia. We can also organize any other activity including sea kayaking, dolphin watching and all types of fishing; game fishing, king fishing and snapper. Some of which will leave from the marina below the apartment. The marina also has great restaurants and a dairy for the person that does not wish to take the short drive to Paihia for shops, bars and restaurants. The old villa is full of character. The outside is yet to be renovated and is a work in progress but the inside has just been fully refurbished. Come and enjoy.. |

| Getting There |
To get here by car from the south Follow the road to Bay of islands. Ten minutes past Kawakawa turn off at Scoresby street to your right. Follow this road until it ends (about one minute). It will then turn in to Kennedy street witch splits in Two. Go down the left hand side towards the water. you will see the sign at number 10. If you arrive by bus to Paihia a taxi to Puketui apartments will cost you around $18 |

| Things To Do |
Bay of islands offers a huge variety of activities including Dolphin watching, game fishing, snapper fishing, diving and snorkeling, sea kayaking, a large selection of beaches, jet skiing, para sailing, speed boating, sailing, sky diving or bush walking. Various bus tours leave everyday to explore attractions on the west coat and further north such as hokiangas giant kauri forest and ninety mile beach with sand dune riding. The town of Paihia provides plenty of shops and trendy cafes, restaurants, and bars. |
