The Country Capital Motel offers a solution to your accomodation needs situated in the beuatiful and relaxed city of Tamworth, close to the CBD. We guarantee friendly service where our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We offer 31 rooms and suites to suit all tastes and budgets. All rooms and suites have en suites, reverse cycle airconditioning, free Austar (8 channels) and free to air TV, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, telephone and clock radio. The motel also has a swimming pool located at the rear of the property for better privacy, a licenced restuarant and bar with a la carte menu and wide screen plasma TV, a large enclosed BBQ area with outdoor seating and we also offer laundry and dryer facilities. |

Rates are for 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 6. Bedding configuration is: Room 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, Room 2: is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This is the Country Music Capital of Australia and is a beautiful and relaxed inland city. * Only a short distance from the new equine centre. * You can visit the Golden Guitar, Walk a Country Mile with Country Music legends. * Two excellent golf courses, five bowling clubs, a tennis club and sporting facilities for all sports are here in Tamworth. * There is the Powerhouse museum (Tamworth was the first city in the southern hemisphere to use electric street lighting) or the incredible motor cycle museum. * There are penty of short trips to surrounding areas where you can visit; a gold mining town, craft centres, wineries, a gliding centre where joy flights are available 365 days a year, large dams with recreation areas and great fishing. |
