It is the ideal location for attending concerts and the race meetings. It is just a 2-minute walk to local shops, restaurants, bars and takeaways. Hagley Park & Netball Courts are a 7-minute walk, and Christstchurch City Centre is just a 5-minute drive. Free shuttle to/from railway station (for the Tranz Alpine/Costal trip) and a free shuttle to and from the Christchurch Casino located in the city centre. (Casino shuttle provided by the Casino 6pm -2am) We are in association with Abell Car Rentals. Motel guests will receive a 15% discount on hire cars booked through us. Mini-buses also available for hire. MOTEL ROOM ---------- Spacious 2-room units. The room rate is for two guests. The bedding configuration is: Bedroom has two single beds. The spacious lounge has queen-size bed. (One motel unit has a queen bed in the lounge & a queen bed in bedroom, please specify if you want this room.) The lounge also has a sofa that can convert into a bed. Electric blankets are fitted to the beds. TV with in house movies, direct dial telephone with FREE local calls. The maximum each motel unit can accommodate is five guests. There is no charge for children three years and under. ---------------------------------------------------------------- THE HOUSE --------- Fully furnished house that sleeps 12. Ideal for sports teams/extended family occasions, friends attending a concert/wedding etc. Large dining room accommodates all 12 people. Full size cooker/oven and large fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Two bathrooms (both with showers) water heated by gas, so no running out of hot water between showers! Lounge has TV/video and stereo sound system. Direct dial telephone with free local calling, log burner. The house is also heated by heat pump/air-conditioning. Private courtyard with BBQ, plenty of seating and washing line. On-site laundry facilities. FREE Wireless broadband. The room rate is for 12 guests.
