In The Villa is available an appartment with 1 large comfortable double-room, 1 large comfortable triple-room and 1 double-room for single use with the possibility to add one child-bed in each room for an occupancy of maximum 7 people, room's balcony, two bathrooms, living room equipped with tv set, traditional fire place, brand new kitchen fully furnished with an outdoor veranda and pergolato suitable for having a barbecue or to have a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The rooms are linked by a huge terrace with a stunning view over Crete Senesi and Val D'Orcia, it may be used for solarium or for any other activity. A private parking area and the surrounding 1000 sqm garden are at the guests’ disposal. |

If you arrive from directions Firenze (Florence), Arezzo, Roma, reach the S.S. 2 Cassia and drive until you get the crossroad, in about 10/15 minutes you will get to Villa Marisa, in Vescovado di Murlo (Siena). If you arrive from Grosseto, you can follow the marked crossroad and in about 15 minutes you will get here. |

Villa Marisa is located in the earth of Tuscany. Only 1 km from the Etruscan’s Antiquarium of Murlo, just 25 Km from Siena, the Chianti, Pienza and Montepulciano, 20 Km from Terme di Petriolo e Rapolano Terme, Montalcino, Val D'Orcia, one hour from Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, and the sea coast. Villa Marisa, surronded by a 1000 square metre privat garden, is the ideal place where to spend a relaxing holydays near by the Medieval Castle of Murlo, the ancient residence of the Bishop of Siena. Just near by the Villa public swimminig pool. All the area is one of the most historically important, etruscan and medieval site in Tuscany, rich of history, in a natural contest considered wild and still with an unspoiled countryside surrounded by Tuscan hills cultivated with wineyards, olive trees and woods. Between the Val D’Orcia and Val D’Arbia is speckled by many little localities rich of architectual evidences (churches, fortified villages, farmhouse and borghi). Furthermore, the territory is crossed by many naturalistic path and so it is ideal for trekking, ridehorse and bike (Eroica). |
