All apartments have secure parking, with most offering unparalleled ocean views. Apartment features include large living/dining areas, extensive marble bathrooms and en-suites, granite kitchens with European appliances and luxury furnishings. Enjoy the Manly sunset from your deluxe outdoor balcony entertaining area. Our standard 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are also located along the beachfront and harbour foreshore with most having water views or being close to the beach.
Whether on business or pleasure, Manly Surfside Holiday Apartments offer a superb location with the utmost in convenience and prestige. Please be aware that parties and pets are NOT permitted under any circumstance. As we are not a 24 hour reception please contact our office between 9.00am and 5.00pm for all late arrivals. Once at reception after office hours if you cannot remember your Body Corporate access details there are mobile phone numbers on the entry front door. We cannot process any bookings received after 5.00pm as our office is closed and the booking will not be received until the next day.

Getting There Bella Vista is in the heart of Manly. It is located at 96 North Steyne (directly opposite Manly beach) on the corner of Pine Street.
From the airport, take a train to Circular Quay train station in the city of Sydney then a ferry ride to Manly. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Walk down the Corso and turn left. Continue along the waterfront for 8 minutes, walking, till you reach number 96 Bella Vista. If you are driving from the airport take the Eastern Distributor, through the Harbour Tunnel and follow the signs to Manly. Alternatively if you would like to take the airport shuttle service, please contact Manly Express on 0415 642 782 or www.manlyexpress.com.au
Parking One secure car space is allocated per apartment. Additional car spaces are at a charge of $10.00 per day (and subject to availability).
Things To Do All of our luxury apartments are situated close to Manly’s favourite attractions and only 10 minutes by Jet Cat to the City of Sydney.
This cosmopolitan suburb is nestled between a tranquil, inner harbour beach on one side and a popular surf beach on the Pacific Ocean. The waterfronts are lined with cafes and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze or take a stroll; jog or bike ride along the famous beachfront promenade.
Manly offers: surfing, fishing, cinema, sailing, scuba diving and skating. There is also Manly's Oceanworld Aquarium, a Ghost Tour of the Quarantine Station and markets.
