It is convenient to excellent public transport and is nestled in a quiet, leafy street in Toowong, one of Brisbane's most desirable suburbs. A short stroll brings you to 'the village' where you will find excellent services, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping including major department stores. Alternatively, hop on the train and you'll be in the city in 7 minutes. Nearby is the University of Queensland's main St Lucia Campus. St Lucia and Indooroopilly Golf Courses welcome visitors and lunch at the Hundred Acre Bar is a must. |

Kensington B & B is 5 kms from GPO and 200 metres from Toowong Village. From the City, take the Southeast Freeway and the Inner City Bypass, travel west along Coronation Drive. Turn right at the Toowing Shopping Village and up the High Street. This turns into Mogill Road. First turn left into Burns Road across the railway bridge and sharp right into Curlew Strret. Kensington B & B is the low set colonial on the right and has a green roof. Pull into the car port past the front entrance. |

| Things To Do |
Five minutes walk to Toowong Village, a major shopping centre including David Jones, cafes, restaurant and a pub. Easy access to the University of Queenland where there is an Olympic pool and numerous other sporting facilities. A 12 minute walk brings you to the famous Regatta Hotel and the City Cat (fast ferry) terminal. St Lucia and Indooroopilly golf courses are nearby and a 5 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shoppingtown - cinemas etc. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is nearby - just 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. The train station is 5 minutes walk. Mt. Cootha lookout is within cooee! |
