Please read carefully: Full letting conditions, key collocation , what to bring, maps, discount vouchers and what to do in Jervis Bay will be sent via email in a booking confirmation only once you have contacted with the Villa's management. Optional cleaning fee $30. A security deposit (bond) of $330 is required by supplying your credit card number to management via phone. Once management has verified your credit card a Key code will be issued for access to your villa. This ensure there is no waiting around at check in and you can spend more time enjoying your holiday. Late check-in is fine. **STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES** or the local police will be called. We believe all our guests are entitled to a peaceful & quiet holiday. The Bella Villas of Jervis bay are perfect for one or two couples, or a affordable beach holiday. Well located in a quiet street just a short stroll to several beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay, as well as the Vincentia Golf Course. Comfortable, spacious & stylish these holiday villas are fully self contained & Self catering short-term holiday rental, but not serviced. Designed for affordable holiday accommodation. They consist of two spacious bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a relaxing break, romantic getaway, or affordable family beach holiday. Located close to the beaches of Jervis Bay, you can hear the waves and feel the breeze sitting on your veranda. All villas have some small filtered water views. Why not stroll down to Nelson Beach in the morning or afternoon and you may even see the local dolphins. You'll think you're in paradise with the whitest sand in the world, clean private beaches and crystal blue water. You'll see why Jervis Bay is the best kept secret. The price charged is for self-contained & self catering rental accommodation, not serviced. Please bring your own bed and bath linen.(towels and sheets)personal items, shampoo, food etc. Quilts & pillows are supplied. Guests unable to bring bed linen please rearrange in advance. Bed linen can be hired for $15 per bed. Coles (Bi-Lo) supermarket is open to mid-night every night for any supplies. |

Vincentia is in Jervis Bay about 2.5 hours from Sydney, 45 minutes from Berry and about 25 minutes from Norwa. Car is the best way of getting there. Train to Nowra is about 3 hours (from Sydney) and a Taxi or bus to Vincintia is 30-60 minutes. |

But the best thing to do is relax, enjoy and discover the clean white sandy beaches and National parks. Whale watching is in the winter season from May to November, dolphin watching is all year round. Scuba diving is amazing in the clear blue waters of the bay. There is a walk called "The White Sand Discovery Walk" where you can easily walk down to Plantation Point from the villas and walk pass several beaches to Chinaman beach, with the whitest sand in the world. (2km) For a picnic BBQ lunch or dinner Greenfield Beach is the best as there is clean electric BBQs. Moona Moona Creek inlet is fantastic for the little ones as the water is shallow & warm with heaps of shade, toilets & BBQ. Jervis Bay is a protected marine park with many dolphins, Seals, giant stingrays, fairy penguins & whales making Jervis Bay your home. The Bella villas of Jervis Bay are well located in a quite street, Stroll down the road to Nelson or Blemheim beaches and up the road to the Vincentia golf club or take a short drive to The National Park. Before booking Please read carefully: Letting Terms and Conditions of self-contained Short-term Rental Accommodation To maintain a high standard for all our guests and to keep our prices affordable, we appreciate most will respect our property and letting conditions. The rate charged is for Self contained short-term rental, security deposit, letting conditions & cleaning apply. The price charged is for stated number of people. Short term rental use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for cleaning, extra wear and tear association to all terms of cleaning, garbage removal, extra wear and tear, repairs etc. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in termination, loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Departure - Check-out time is 10.00 am. The property is to be left in accordance to your cleaning requirement or prearrange cleaning for$30 on your departure, any addition cleaning or damages will automatic deductions from the bond. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, excess guests is prohibited and will result instant termination and loss of all bond and all monies.
