Storm Bay is one of Tasmania’s most beautiful Guest Houses. Set on six acres overlooking stunning White Beach on the Tasman Peninsula, the main Guest House has four en suite queen bedrooms. Beautiful White Beach is only a few minutes walk away from the property, which is bordered by fifty thousand acres of national forest and sits high on Hardy’s Hill overlooking Storm Bay to the west and Parson’s Bay to the north. The views stretch as far as the eye can see to the Hartz Mountains and the distant southwest wilderness area and are often described as the most breathtaking views in Southern Tasmania. Cragganmore Cottage is a private self-contained luxury two-bedroom cottage that sits within the grounds of Storm Bay. Serenity, a change of lifestyle, a place to relax and unwind, to enjoy the famous Tasmanian food and wine, to get in touch with Mother Nature, all of this and more at Storm Bay. We are only ten minutes away from the National Heritage site of Port Arthur, the top historical tourist attraction in Tasmania, one hour from Hobart International Airport. Local activities range from boating and fishing to some of the best wilderness and bush walking in Tasmania. There is world class diving at Eaglehawk Neck and surfing at Roaring Beach. Sea kayaking and horse riding are also available as well as golfing at the Tasman Golf Club and bird watching, which can naturally be done simultaneously! Storm Bay is truly a Tasmanian experience. |
