Three bedroom house with own huge thermal hot tub set on half acre overlooking park to water. Large deck with barbecue for use. Full kitchen facilities, dining/lounge, T.V. and DVD with some DVDs to view. Carport for car, room for boat. Quiet and peaceful Rates are for 3 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

From Tauranga city take main Waihi/Auckland route approximately 12kms to Te Puna BP Service Station. From there take 2nd turn on right into Snodgrass Road. 4kms down this road is Lindoch Avenue. We are No.11. From Auckland go past Omokoroa turn-off and travel approximately 4kms and turn left into Snodgrass Road then above applies. |
