Whether you come as a tourist or on business, we would like to make your stay in one of the most beautiful cities in Central Europe pleasant with our friendly individual approach and unusual interior decor and we also want to offer you direct contact with work of significant figures of Czech art. Forrest Hotel is a small family hotel, which will offer you not only comfortable accommodation with unconventional interior decor but above all clean natural environment suitable for jogging, biking, roller skating or walking in the park or along the Vltava river. Our hotel is situated in a unique environment of wider Prague center right on the edge of a sights preserve of the nature park Stromovka. There are also sports grounds with tennis courts in the vicinity. he overall concept of our hotel takes guests’ privacy into consideration and together with the individual approach can evoke family atmosphere. At the same time the hotel provides maximum security and comfort thanks to its amenities according to European standards. We can offer you mainly double rooms; there are rooms for handicapped and a large apartment convenient for families with children. Everybody can choose and feel splendid with us. Each of our rooms is dedicated to some of the famous Czech artists, whether a painter, photographer, graphic artist or composer. The rooms will provide unique environment evoking the period in which the artist created and sensibly introduce you to his life and work. Accommodation includes rich buffet breakfast in an atypical dining room. In summer it is possible to have breakfast outdoor on a terrace in front of the hotel with a view of greenery. In the evening you can spend nice time by a historic stove with a glass of good Czech wine and fine assortment of cold cuisine. We can provide full board for groups upon request. Public traffic From the heart of the city The best is to go by the train which goes every 30 minutes from MASARYKOVO NADRAZI and in 9 minutes are you trainstation NADRAZI BUBENEC which is also trainstation, than go downstairs to the Stromovka park and after 100 meters you will come tu us. or by underground: You should take the underground A (green) and go to the station HRADCANSKA, there search the exit BUBENECSKA UL. (street) and than take the bus nr. 131, after 2 station you step off and you will be on NADRAZI BUBENEC which is also trainstation, than go downstairs to the Stromovka park and after 100 meters you will come tu us. From Airport You should take the bus line nr. 119 to the endstation Dejvicka, than the underground A to station HRADCANSKA, there search the exit BUBENECSKA UL. (street) and than take the bus nr. 131, after 2 station you step off and you will be on NADRAZI BUBENEC which is also trainstation, than go downstairs to the Stromovka park and after 50 meters you will come tu us. From Trainstation Wilsonovo or Hlavni nadrazi There go to the underground C (red), one station to MUZEUM, there change the train and go on the A (green) than to the station HRADCANSKA, there search the exit BUBENECSKA UL. (street) and than take the bus nr. 131, after 2 station you step off and you will be on NADRAZI BUBENEC which is also trainstation, than go downstairs to the Stromovka park and after 50 meters you will come tu us. From Trainstation Holesovice The shortest is to take a taxi, but you can take the underground C (red), four stations to MUZEUM, there change the train and go on the A (green) than to the station HRADCANSKA, there search the exit BUBENECSKA UL. (street) and than take the bus nr. 131, after 2 station you step off and you will be on NADRAZI BUBENEC which is also trainstation, than go downstairs to the Stromovka park and after 50 meters you will come tu us. By car If you go from the highway Brno or from south, is important to find the "city-highway" MAGISTRALA and go to the north through the center than over the river and bridge HLAVKUV MOST, than continue by BUBENCSKA street, after you cross railway, go left still to BUBENSKA street and on next crossroad continue ahead and after 2-3km you will come to Hotel Forrest If you come from the west, you should find MILADY HORAKOVE street, than VELETRZNI, there find to go left to DUKELSKYCH HRDINU, after that under the railwaybrige, you will come to street U VYSTAVISTE, where you can see on your left the Exhibition area and next possible cross-road go left and after only ahead to the end of the road. From the direction from north (for example Liberec) you must find the street v HOLESOVICKACH, go still ahead by the main road and after you go under the train-bridge, you shouldgo first next cross-road to the right and after only ahead to the end of the road. |
