Fiordland National Park Lodge (Formerly Te Anau Downs Motor Inn )is a unique property situated on the edge of Lake Te Anau in New Zealand's largest national Heritage Park. The property consists of 20 self contained Motel Studio units, 16 Comfortable Hotel Rooms with ensuite TV etc, and a wonderful Backpackers where all rooms have ensuites. Most units have stunning views over lake Te Anau and surrounding mountains. We are the closest accommodation to Milford Sound. The property also offers a Restaurant ( BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL ) and bar, guest laundry, small shop, bushwalks, travel desk, Honeymoon and paraplegic units. We are only 600 metres to the start of the Milford Track and a Boat launching ramp. |

Rates are for 1-2 people, Maximum occupancy is 3. Extra guest charge NZ$25 per person, per night. Room has a queen bed plus a single bed Child policy - if child uses a bed full rate for extra person. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
