Rosie O'Grady's Fremantle is it's own 'little piece of Ireland' with great 'craic', and live music 5 nights of the week. We offer a selection of 24 different beers both local and imported. We have 17 fully restored Heritage rooms, 9 Standard & 8 Deluxe, all comfortably furnished with queensize beds. We have a restaurant open Mon to Thurs 11am-3pm & 5pm-9pm, Fri to Sun 11am-9pm. We have 3 private function rooms each with its own charm. We are centrally located in the heart of Fremantle accross the road from the town hall and tourist Bureau. (Rosie O'Grady's has a 24hour cancellation policy on all rooms. Cancellations less than 24hours prior to check in will still be charged for the first night's stay. Please note that there is no lift. Same day bookings for this hotel must be received by 1700 local hotel time on the day of arrival. |

Business FacilitiesFor the business traveller we have corporate room rates, conference rooms and a wide range of equipment to hire. We are close to public transport with the Fremantle bus and Train depot less than a 5 minute walk away and we are always willing to book taxis for our guests. |

| Getting There |
Coming from Perth just get on the train on the fremantle line and about 20 minutes later you wil be in the heart of Fremantle. This is the best option as it will cost under $5 one way. Coming from Perth airport a taxi will cost you between $40 & $45 dollars to drop you out the front of the hotel. The journey takes about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. The other option from Perth airport is to jump on the Fremantle airport shuttle. This leaves from both the domestic and international airport and costs $35 for a single, $45 for a couple and $50 for three people. It will generally get you here within the hour, again depending on traffic. |
| Parking |
We recommend that guests park in Queensgate - a near by secure parking facility. Queensgate offer a discounted rate of $4 from 5pm until 7am (weekdays only) out of these times and on weekends fees return to $1.30 per hour. Other options are street parking this is free after 12pm at night or the Point St Car Park, only a 3 minute walk away, costs only $6 per day. |
| Things To Do |
There is lots to do in fremantle. For lovers of History we are within walking distance of The Fremantle Arts Centre where regular events, tours and performances are staged, the Fremantle Maritime Museum and the Fremantle Prison. There are day and night guided tours of the prison, as well as ghost walks at night visiting many of the historic buildings in fremantle. For the sports fans we are down the road from Fremantle Football oval. For those just wanting to relax being 'a port city' we are close to some amazing local beaches and ferrys regularly leave for day trips to Rottnest Island and back. We have the Famous Fremantle Cafe strip just one street away and the Fremantle markets around the corner. |
