Oaks Residences is centrally located on the corner of Fort and Gore street in Auckland. The modern complex contains 37 levels consisting of Studio, One bedroom, Two bedroom and Penthouse apartments. Just a short walk to the Auckland Waterfront, the Britomart Transport Centre and the Viaduct Harbour. Amenities include a ground floor retail precinct, heated lap pool and gymnasium. Residences is the tallest apartment tower in New Zealand with beautiful views of the harbour. Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
