This is a modern architectually designed 3 bedroom duplex accommodation with linen and towels provided. The property has water views looking towards the north. It is less than a minute walk to the beach and 10 mins walk along the foreshore to Nelson Bay
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total.

Getting There	Travel north from Sydney along the F3 freeway heading towards the north coast. Turn off the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace onto Richardson Road and follow the signs to Nelson Bay and then follow the signs to Dutchmans Bay. Property is located just next door to the famous Dutchies Motor Lodge. Please call 30 minutes before arrival so one of our staff members can greet you at the unit on arrival.
Parking	Off street car parking is provided in separate garage free of charge for 2 cars. Room for boats and trailers on street.
Things To Do	Swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, dolphin watching, whale watching, 4 wheel driving tours and quad bike adventure tours. There is also bush walking, National Park, koala habitats exploring and Hunter Valley wine tours.
