Small, family hotel, full of charm and fine taste, renovated in 2005 and located in Lanjarón. The hotel has only 30 rooms (all of which have views of the surrounding countryside ) distributed around the complex which covers an area of 6.000m2 and contains various facilities including a small spa (with sauna, hydro-massage , and massage) gym, paddle court, outside swimming pool, library, TV room, meeting room…All this framed in natural surroundings from the tree shaded areas and gardens, which make up the complex, to the location of the Hotel in a natural valley with views of the ruins of a 11th century Arab castle (used in its time as a watch tower). The hotel consists of a main building of 3 stories, an annexe of 2 stories and another new building of which only the ground floor is operational. As well as all of the aforementioned facilities, the hotel offers a wide variety of service such as internet connection, and bicycles (both of which are free of charge) laundry facilities, garage… Situated in the multifaceted province of Granada, only 30Km from the historical capital of Granada and 25Km from the “Costa Tropical”, the privileged position of the hotel allows you to enjoy many of the different activities available in this region. Lanjaron “Gateway to the Alpujarra”, a small town with a population of only 3,500 inhabitants will allow you to open your senses to its customs, natural environment, climate and gastronomic tradition. The town has a long and charming tradition as a spa and presents impressive attractions such as its mild climate (average annual temperature of 18 deg C) and a natural environment worthy enough to form part of the famous National Park of the Sierra Nevada. When describing the possibilities, which Lanjaron offers, we should make special mention of its rural environment, activities, gastronomy and health. |
