Nautilus Apartments consists of only eight units. Four large two bedroom units, one three bedroom unit, all rated 4.5 star, and three smaller two bedroom units rated 4 star. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking facilities. All units have spa, washer/dryer, DVD and VCR, Austar TV, CD-radio and heating/air-conditioner.
There are two BBQ's available for guests' use and a large solar-heated pool.

The six ground floor units open onto spacious lawns and the complex is fully fenced for your children's safety.
We are located 200m from the surf beach and a 10 minute level stroll to the centre of town.

Getting There	Merimbula is 7 hours drive from Melbourne, 6 hours from Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra. Regional Express Airlines (REX)flies daily from Melbourne and Sydney. Bus travel to Merimbula is also available. Nautilus is located on the Fishpen area of Merimbula between the ocean and the lake (Victorian side of the bridge). Elizabeth Street is the first right turn once entering Fishpen.
Parking	Off road carparking is available with a security gate. Ample room for boats, trailers or additional motor vehicles.
Things To Do	The ocean beach is 200m away for surfing, fishing and swimming. Merimbula Marina has several charter boat companies to take you whale watching (September to November) or dolphin spotting, deep-sea game fishing or just hire a boat and fish in the lakes. For bushwalkers, Merimbula is surrounded by National Parks. There are 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive including the local 27 hole Pambula-Merimbula course, abounding in wildlife and famous for its kangaroos. Top Fun and Magic Mountain provide entertainment for the kids with ten-pin bowling, mini golf and all sorts of slides and rides. There are go-karts, horse riding and joy flights all within a 15 minute drive.
