Treetops is located 20km outside of the cultural and geothermal "capital" of New Zealand - Rotorua. We have 1 Cottage, 4 Lodge Suites and 8 Villas. The 4 Lodge Suites make up The Lodge Wing which accommodates eight guests, twin share or double. Each suite has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower, which open up onto a shared lounge and dining area with open fireplace. The Villas consist of a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with double spa bath and separate shower, lounge area and open fireplace. Fine cuisine is an integral part of the Treetops experience. Flavorsome and healthy dishes are created by the Lodge's talented chefs using the finest game and locally grown produce, complemented by an array of the finest New Zealand wines. Sipping on the finest New Zealand wine, soak up the tranquility that is Treetops Lodge. Overlooking mist rising off the hills, serenity spreads over you like a warm blanket. Relax, unwind and contemplate at your leisure, then relish the sumptuous cuisine. The Treetops Team achieve the right balance of being attentive and genuine yet relaxed and warm, with understated service. We offer an array of activities onsite which include claybird shooting, archery, horse riding, helicopter flights and massages. You will also have access to over 70 kilometres of walking tracks, kayaks, fly fishing equipment and mountain bikes. We have an Exclusive Qualmark Rating. |

| Getting There |
Directions from the Rotorua Airport by car: Turn right onto Highway 30 towards Rotorua. This road is called Te Ngae Road. Continue along this road through two roundabouts At the first set of lights, turn left onto Sala Street. Continue to the end of Sala Street and turn left at this roundabout to head out of Rotorua – this is now Highway 5 and 30 Off Highway 5 and 30 turn right at first main intersection out of Rotorua to Te Kuiti/Tokoroa. Proceed exactly 10km and take the first right turn into Apirana Road (you will pass the Marae and Horohoro School). Proceed 1km to where road forks slightly - take gravel road directly in front of you- Kearoa Road. Follow this road 3.3kms to the end. Proceed down the tree lined driveway and press intercom buzzer at second set of gates. Once you enter the property take the Guest Entrance driveway and proceed up to Lodge Reception From Auckland to Treetops by car: Head South on the Southern Motorway At the bottom of the Bombay Hills, turn left onto State Highway 2. Continue South on State Highway 2 and follow signs leading to Highway 27 – Matamata. Continue through Matamata on Highway 27 and follow signs leading to Rotorua From Highway 27, you will make a left hand turn onto Highway to Rotorua As you enter Rotorua, you will come to a large round-about. Turn right at this round-about and you are now on Fairy Springs Road Continue all the way along Fairy Springs Road through the first set of traffic lights and you are now on Old Taupo Road Continue straight along Old Taupo Road through a round-about, three sets of traffic lights and another round-about At the end of Old Taupo Road, turn right onto Highway 5 towards Taupo. As you are heading out of Rotorua, turn right onto Highway 30 towards Te Kuiti/Tokoroa. Proceed exactly 10km on Highway 30 and take the first right turn into Apirana Road.
