An outstanding selection of restaurants and bars are close by as is Town Hall Station, the Monorail and various bus stops so you can access this amazing city. The spacious apartments are fully-equipped with kitchens and laundries to cater for leisure stays ideal for families and couples wanting to feel comfortable and at home while travelling. Similarly business travelers will find convenience with designated work desks and high speed broadband internet access. Resort-style facilities include an indoor pool, spa and sauna as well as basic workout facilities makes this property an ideal city retreat. All apartments are strictly non-smoking and most apartments have opening balconies allowing for fresh air to flow through the apartment when required. PLEASE NOTE: We will require a security bond (deposit) at arrival for all bookings in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from $200 (studio and 1-bedroom), $500 for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom) and $1000 (penthouses). Credit card bonds will be refunded upon departure and cash bonds following an inspection of the apartment by our reception staff. Bonds via credit card can sometimes take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank. |
