Chermside Court is a 3.5 star motel, under new management and is located in the heart of Brisbane's Northside. Chermside Court is a modern, relaxing, semi self-contained 16 unit motel located in a quiet leafy residential area well away from the traffic noise of Gympie Road. Family owned and operated with personal service that will make your stay more comfortable with friendly faces when you book, arrive and depart. Our family will treat each guest as an individual and every effort will be made to cater for every guests special needs. Chermside Court motel's units offer all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Entry to each room can only be made through the front door of the motel with their room key for security reasons. All units open onto their own private balcony or courtyard and some of the in-room features include ensuite bathroom, individual reverse-cycling air conditioning, direct dial phones, self contained facilities which include microwave ovens, toaster, iron and ironing board, kettle, cutlery and crockery, clock/radio, television and refrigerator. We also have dvd players and hairdryers on request. We also have guest laundry services, a pleasant indoor guests lounge and outdoor BBQ area. We are conveniently located within walking distance to Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Hospital which provides easy access for country clients requiring medical attention or visiting patients at Royal Brisbane, St Andrews or Holy Spirit Hospital and the medical specialists located on Wickham Terrace. Getting There	Chermside Court is located 15 mins from the CBD, Queen Street Mall and Treasury Casino. From the CBD travel north on Lutwyche Road and continue following this onto Gympie Road. Continue along Gympie Road and then turn left into Sparkes Street. Chermside Court is then located on the corner of Sparkes Street and Farnell Street. The motel can be easily accessed using public transport; bus line runs from the CBD to Chermside with a bus stop at the end of Sparkes Street. If your finding your way to the motel from the airport, it is only a 15min drive as you travel down East-West Arterial Road. Turn right onto Sandgate Road and then turn a left onto Hamilton Road continue travelling along here until you hit Gympie Road through the intersection of Gypmie road staying on Hamilton Road and then turn left onto Farnell Street the second street on the left Sparkes Street. Now if you are coming from the North on Gympie Road follow it right through to Gympie Road to the largest shopping centre in Queensland. Westfield Shopping Centre. Turn right into Hamilton Road then a left into Farnell Street, then two streets down on the left is Sparks street, where the car park is located.
