Our clean, spacious and recently renovated units are fully serviced, self contained and provide a perfect base to explore all Christchurch has to offer. We are a Qualmark 4 star rated property offering a number of double and twin studios as well as one bedroom and two bedroom units. Ideally located in Riccarton road we are within walking distance to 2 shopping centres and the Canterbury University. We are central to the Airport, City Centre, Hospital, Botanical Gardens, Arts centre, Museum, Hagley Park, and Westpac Sports and Entertainment Centre. |

Two Bedroom Unit with Queen Bed in the one bedroom and two single beds in the other. There is another full single bed in the lounge. Rates for 1-3 people. Maximum Occupancy 5 people. | Getting There |
From the airport drive down memorial avenue until you reach Ilam road - the 4th set of lights. Turn right and continue to Riccarton Road where you turn left. We are on the left hand side before you get to the next lights. If you are coming from the North turn into Johns road that will take you to the Airport. Turn left into Memorial Ave and again look for Ilam road - turn left onto Riccarton road . Coming from the South follow the Main South Road into Christchurch. This will turn into Riccarton Road and we are about 1 Kilometre along on the left hand side. And coming from the West Coast follow Yaldhurst Road until it turns into Riccarton Road. We are 1 Kilometre along on the left hand side. |
