This beautiful Bed and Breakfast is less than 10 minutes from Maleny at scenic Witta, has 3 luxurious ensuite rooms and a AAA Tourism 4 1/2 star rating and opened July 2005. The property enjoys rural and coastal views, and is positioned for easy access to the surrounding tourist delights of Maleny, Montville and Conondale/Kennilworth, whilst being situated in a quiet rural area. The Manor has been built in a charming old world style in timber, with spacious verandas and ornate iron trim. There is a very high quality finish inside and out for the comfort and pleasure of the guests. Every room has luxurious bedding and furnishings, a spacious ensuite complete with a wide range of linen and toiletries, reverse cycle air-conditioning to assure all year round climate comfort; a TV/DVD player (chill out and enjoy the huge library of in-house DVD's), tea and coffee making facilities with snacks, filtered water, wine glasses, complementary port and a delicious chocolate placed on the pillow every night when the bed is turned down. Every room has its own balcony area with outdoor furniture setting and relaxing views. The lounge has comfortable sofas placed around a charming fireplace which warms a large area of the house, there is a library of books and games and plenty of room to relax. The breakfast deck faces north east and looks across a pretty courtyard and garden to the coastal views. Plastic all weather blinds provide weather protection when necessary, and this is another area for guests to relax if they wish. Breakfasts are large and delicious, with a wide menu range using local and organic produce where possible. The stylish formal dining room is for the use of guests who wish to eat in - a 2 and 3 course gourmet dinner can be prepared (with notice) - and is served on fine china and crystal. The guest registry contains many complementary remarks about the food! The acre of gardens surrounding the house have been attractively laid out with a formal fountain and hedges, roses and many other blooms, an area of many bird attracting natives and a grove of fruit trees which all add to the ambience. Across the road is a picturesque walk through fields to rain forest. There is a wood gallery and cafe within walking distance too. |

| Getting There |
Travelling from Brisbane on the main highway north, turn off on the Glass House Mountain Tourist route through Landsborough to Maleny. Travel straight ahead through Maleny - the road is signed to Conondale and Kennilworth. About 5 kms outside Maleny as you travel up a hill is a large sign for Witta Road turning right, take this and travel approximately 2.5 kms till you see the Manor on the corner of Middleton and Witta roads. |

| Things To Do |
Maleny has a number of attractive shops, restaurants and galleries - see prize winning jewellery, art, timber, fine cheeses and other produce. The whole area is scenic, there are a number of national parks and walks to enjoy the spectacular views, wildlife and the delicious clean air. Montville is a major tourism centre with many pretty gift shops and restaurants too. A cheese factory in Kennilworth is interesting, and the Eumundi markets less than an hour away are always popular. The beaches of the Sunshine Coast are also quite accessable. |
