The motel is centrally located on Banna Ave, next to Woolworths and Mobile Service Station just walking distance from the bus and train terminals. We are located approximately 5km from the Griffith’s domestic airport. |

| Things To Do |
The motel is centrally located in the main street of Griffith. For shopping, Banna Avenue and the griffin plaza has a wide variety of well-known chain stores, cafe's and restaurants. Griffith is ideally located for day tripping around the region. With a large range of wineries, there is a taste for everyone’s palate. You can visit the Leeton Sunrice Centre or the fisheries at Narrandera. Heading west takes you into the outback with Carrathool or Merriwagga, (famed as the legendary "black stump country"). You can take the city drive that takes you around to some of our most exciting attractions. Your journey takes you to the Griffith Regional Theatre to view the soft sculptured curtain, then around the circuit of Walter Burley Griffin's design. The drive lets you visit Pioneer Park Museum, an 11 hectare memorial to life in the early 1900's, and to visit some of our most stunning lookouts, one of which includes the Hermit's Caves. Or if you like to move around maybe try the river drive. From Griffith head south to Darlington Point on the Murrumbidgee with some great river forest drives available. Follow the Sturt Highway to Narrandera, on the way pass, see the historic Tubbo Station and the undulating sand hills. Explore Narrandera where you can visit a fish farm, the Tiger Moth Memorial, Browse at antique shops, enjoy Lake Talbot. Travel onto Leeton and visit the Rice Information Centre. If water is your thing, then the tranquil Lake Wyangan is for you, just minutes away from the city centre you can enjoy water skiing, sailing and fishing. |
