Business FacilitiesThis 5-star, private luxury lodge at the edge of Lake Taupo has been thoughtfully designed for the comfort and pleasure of the guests. With the secluded surroundings and only four bedrooms, privacy is assured. The hosts with their cosmopolitan backgrounds offer an international blend of Kiwi-hospitality, European tradition and Asian charm. The ensuite luxury rooms include super-king "Huesler" beds, constructed without using any artificial materials assuring best possible night sleep. Further all rooms have high level of automation and also high-speed and wireless Internet connection. The cuisine is prepared in-house, including variety of choices avaiable for breakfast and the Artisan (European) breads baked in own wood fired masonry oven in the garden. Dinner selections change daily according to guest's preferences and the freshest New Zealand produce and are complimented with home-grown organic vegetables and herbs. Pre-dinner drinks are served in the bar, and the cellar offers a selection of the finest Old and New World wines. |

Coming from North, follow the Acacia Bay sign. After 5 km you will enter Acacia Bay. Second on the right is Mapara Road. Follow that for 1 km and Gillespie Place is first on the left. Coming from the South, drive through Taupo town. After Waikato river bridge turn left and follow the Acacia Bay sign. Then as described above. |
