Evergreen Motel is situated in Invercargill on the Southern Scenic Route from Queenstown and Te Anau. There is easy access from Gore via Highway 98 by turning off Highway 1 at Dacre. Walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants, Farm Park and Andersons Art Gallery and Park. Five retirement homes are located within a 2km radius. City Centre is 5 minutes drive away. The Motel features 14 quiet ground floor studio, one and two bedroom units serviced daily. Each unit has central heating, kitchenette and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenettes including microwaves, shower, phone, Sky Television, electric blankets, woolrests, iron & ironing boards in all units. Continuously refurbished and sparkling clean. PlayStation and DVD player available, individually controlled central heating, complimentary morning newspaper, off street parking (including large vehicles). Parking for Stewart Island visitors. North Road is a coninuation of Dee Street (one of the main shopping streets) and is also classed as State Highway 6 heading to Queenstown. Evergreen Motor Inn is situated on the main road from Queenstown and Te Anau to Invercargill. There is easy access from Gore via Highway 98 by turning off Highway 1 at Dacre. |
