Nestled on the western shore of the beautiful Mercury Bay and only a stones throw from the golden sands of Buffalo Beach, in the heart of popular Whitianga, you will find the relaxed luxury of Oceans Resort. Consisting of 20 new contemporary one bedroom 'motel style' units and a variety of self-contained apartments, most with water views of the bay. It is only a short stroll to the ferry and the marina where you can choose from a number of boat tours, or the town centre where you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars, boutique stores, plus many recreation supply stores. The locality provides for the more energetic with its 18-hole golf course, 4WD off-road driving tracks, tramping, kayaking, diving and sea fishing, or for the relaxation seekers with many golden beaches nearby.
