| Getting There |
Car From the South - 2 hours from Melbourne on the Calder Highway. We are on your right hand side of the road directly opposite Pizza Hut and directly in front of the Central Deborah Tourist Mine. For those with a keen eye, the Tram Tracks and overhead wires start here. From the North - Pass through Town and after you pass the famous fountain, we are on the left hand side of the road 100 meters past the third set of traffic lights, which are at the intersection with Bob Jane T-Mart on your left and the Beechworth Bakery diagonally opposite. Train and Bus We are a short 5 min taxi ride from the train and bus terminal/ station and a 10 minute stroll from the CBD. |

| Things To Do |
Bendigo has both Gallops and Harness Racing meetings held through out the year so get a group together for a country race meeting. Ever wondered what it would be like 60 meters below the ground in a mine shaft? Why not explore the Central Deborah Gold mine literally right behind the motel. Both above and below ground tours available. Bendigo has some great Antique shops and Galleries so visit the Art precinct whilst in town. The Golden Dragon Museum gives a unique insight into the importance the chinese had in Bendigos early gold mining history. Party....take advantage of the many friendly pubs & restaurants that Bendigo has to offer you will often find live bands at many venues including the Golden Vine Hotel. |
