Parsons Bay Retreat offers COMFORTABLE and AFFORDABLE accommodation when you are exploring the majestic and picturesque Tasman Peninsula. Cafe has just been renovated and is open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week from 9am - 7.30pm. Sundeck looking towards the water. Breakfast room is warm and sunny nice place to have a morning coffee or tea. The 18 unit complex is situated in the small fishing and holiday township of NUBEENA, just 10 minutes away from PORT ARTHUR. It offers a range of accommodation suiting couples, groups and families having newly renovated 4 star self catering studio apartments, as well as budget 3 star motel rooms and 3 star self catering 2 bedroom units. At the end of the day...Enjoy a swim in the heated pool, soak in the hot spa, cook up a feast on the BBQ, have a drink at the bar...shoot a game of pool in the games room...play a game of tennis on the half sized courts...be tempted by our delicious cafe cuisine. LOTS TO DO!!! Consider spending a couple of days. Too often our guests say "I didn't realise there was so much to do around here." Parsons Bay Retreat overlooks Parsons Bay and is the Tasman Peninsula's only commercial and administrative centre with supermarket, ATM, chemist, doctor, police station, fuel and post office. |

Basketball, Games Room, Table Tennis, Pool Table, BBQ's and Children’s Play Area are all on site. Visit Port Arthur possibly the most famous (or infamous) penal settlement for convicts transported from Britain. We can book Ghost Tours, Sea Life Experience. Visit the historical Saltwater River, Eaglehawk Neck, Taranna, Nubeena, Koonya, The Tassal fish farm or the Tasman National Park for a range of activities for all. There are also 35 interesting walks on the peninsula. |
