The cardholder making this payment herein agrees that as a special condition of Beaches Apartments accepting this booking the cardholder will be required to personally register at reception on check-in and will be required to produce the credit card used as the payment authority, and an acceptable form of photographic identification. A $500 CASH bond will be requested at Check-in if the guest does not have a credit card in their own name at check-in.The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this booking.

Getting There	Follow the main road into Byron Bay from Tweed Heads. This becomes Shirley Street as you enter the town precinct. Beaches Apartments Byron Bay are approximately 500 meters before the main shopping area of Byron Bay.
