Large 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Multi level, multiple bathrooms, Airconditioning all levels, fully self contained kitchen, laundry etc. Salt water swimming pool and heated spa, bbq facilities and secure under cover parking. Only 3 minutes walk from beach and 600 metres to the town centre. AAA star rating of 4 stars. Biggest apartments in byron! All apartments are "Family Friendly" and therefore group bookings are not accepted without prior arrangement with the on-site managers. Gosamara does not except bookings from guest's under the age of 21 unless staying with parents. The credit card holder must be one of the registered guest's. We reserve the right to not expect the booking on checkin if these conditions are not meet. (NB: a valid credit card number and photo ID is required for all bookings). Cancellations Gosamara has a no cancellation policy on these bookings. No refunds will be given on Early Departure, and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided. Checkins-Checkouts Check in is after 2pm Check out is strictly 10am (Late check-outs may be charged at an additional nights accommodation). Keys Keys that are not returned will be charged to your credit card at $50.00 each Pets Although much loved, pets are not allowed in holiday apartments. Cleaning Apartments must be left in a relatively clean & tidy condition on departure, rubbish must be removed and dishes are to be washed up and put away to avoid additional cleaning charges. If the apartment is deemed "un-rentable" for any fair reason a standard nights accommodation may be charged to the credit card provided. Smoking All apartments are deemed non-smoking in any internal areas, without exception, ash trays are supplied for guest use in external areas only. Where management determines the presence of any smoking residue in any apartment, a $300 additional cleaning charge will be applied to the credit card supplied. Behaviour & Additional Charges Management reserves the right to evict any person/s from the premises immediately and without notice, or refund for any disturbances or unruly behaviour causing disruption to other guests, or in accordance with the conditions stated in the guest registration form, at time of check-in or on acceptance of keys, and as deemed necessary by the manager. Management also reserves the right to charge guest for all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning, and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided on booking, following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder. Only the designated persons on check-in are permitted to stay in the apartment/s, any additions to this may be charged the average nightly rate for the duration of the booking, and all occupants may be required to leave the premises. We will not be responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notification. By Car. When coming either north or south along the mototway , take the Byron Bay exit and head into Byron, Gosamara is located along the left hand side of the road in shirley street. By Train. Byron Train line is not working and guest get the train to Grafton and then get a bus to Byron. By Air. Tranfers are available from coolangatta airport to Byron Bay. |

Experience the peaceful and relaxed seaside village of Byron Bay which is becoming a favourite for holiday makers. The shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that make Byron Bay so unique are only a short stroll away. Take a dip in the nearby ocean or relax by the pool and spa. Go on a day trip to one of the many areas of interest in the northern rivers district. Explore the local markets which are held in a differnt local town every sunday. Byron Markets are held the first sunday of every month. |
