Our apartments offer 3 star accommodation 10 minutes walk from the city, Victoria Market and Lygon Street restaurants. Your accommodation also entitles you to free access to our pool, gym, BBQ, games room pool tables, recreation lounge and free car-parking is also available (one space per apartment). All rooms have cable internet access, for connection, prepaid internet cards can be purchased from reception.

Outdoor courtyard and seating area available for guests to enjoy. We also have Foxtel sport and movies available in the Glass-house guest lounge.

All apartments were refurbished in 2005 and include a full size fridge, two-burner electric stove-top and a microwave.

Cutlery, crockery and linen is supplied. Saucepans and other cooking equipment available free of charge upon request from Reception.

Please note that no third party credit card payments are allowed. Our property is popular with families so no undue noise after 10pm please.

We have two coin operated laundries, dollar coins can be changed at Reception during opening hours.

Please note: Bookings are only confirmed for same day check ins if done before 4pm on weekdays only.

Located with in a Bustling Student Accommodation complex, our two bedroom apartment is well set up for one to four guests staying a few days, a week or longer. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, air con & heating.

Our Resource Centre features six computers all available for guest use. Internet access cards are available for purchase from Reception. Conference and meeting rooms also available for hire. Our Ballroom can accommodate up to 372 banquet style.

Getting There	Trams- From Elizabeth STreet in the city, take tram nos 19 or 59 and alight at Flemington Road - we are located next to the hotel on the corner. The airport is just 20 minutes away. Trains- There are three main train stations, Southern Cross Station on Spencer Street, Flinders Street Station and Melbourne Central Station on Elizabeth Street. Best way to get to our property is via tram,not train. Taxi - There is a phone in the foyer that automatically connects you to yellow cabs free of charge; you are welcome to use it at any time. Alternatively you can call them direct on 13227.
Parking	Free on site car parking, one vehicle per apartment per day. This offer is valid for clv Smart Stays Melbourne guests only for the months of December and January. Please register your vehichle at Reception prior to parking.
Things To Do	Conveniently, a tram stop is at our door, providing guests easy access to the greater Melbourne area. Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market and Royal Melbourne Zoo are both within walking distance from the Village. Melbourne's city centre, Lygon Street, Queen Victoria Market, convenience stores, post offices and pharmacies and other academic institutions including Melbourne University are also in close proximity.
