Hotel FORTUNA*** Hotel Fortuna offers cosy surroundings, a quiet location and a real welcome to Budapest. Whether looking for an affordable hotel for a business trip or a base, from which you and your family can explore the city, we are waiting to help. We hope that your first taste of the beautiful city on the Danube will not be your last. Our small and friendly property also has hostel facilities and we are happy to accommodate student groups. All of our rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, some with bath, some with a shower. If it's important, please specify when you reserve a room, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Among our single, double and triple rooms that are private rooms, we also offer four bedded mini-dorms that are not too full, nor too expensive. All of our rooms have ceiling windows with a sky view. How to get to the hotel: Coming from the airport: Take the airport bus (Nr93 or BKV+ Repter Bus )that takes you to Kobánya Kispest metro station and switch for the blue metro (M3) for 5 stops to Nagyvárad tér. For more comfort take our Airport Shuttle service, a most reliable airport pick-up company and they will drop you off at the hotel. From the city centre: Take the blue metro (M3) towards Kobánya Kispest end until Nagyvárad tér. When you get off the metro, use the left exit, towards Szent Istvan Kórház. Walk along the park until you cross Vágóhíd utca and after a few metres the hotel will be on your right hand side. From the Keleti Railway station: Use tram #24 coming to Nagyvárad tér (6 stops), take the stairs down and follow the same instructions as seen above for the city centre |
