Maroochy Sands is located 50 metres from Maroochydore patrolled beach and a short distance from Sunshine Plaza and local clubs. Maroochy Sands features beautiful ocean views, Austar, heated pool with small wading pool, landscaped gardens and BBQ area, half court tennis court and undercover secure parking. Situated within the complex are a hairdressers, specialist waxing salon, italian restaurant, ladies pre loved clothing and a real estate agency. We have a tour desk to arrange your day trips to Fraser island, whale watching, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, Australia Zoo and much much more. We can even organise overnight and extended stays to various islands like Fraser, Heron and Stradbroke. |

Maroochy Sands is located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Aerodrome Road Maroochydore (directly opposite McDonalds) Taxis and bus transfers are available from Maroochydore airport which is around 10 minutes drive away. |

Car parking is situated at street and basement level in an undercover secure area. Strictly one car per unit. Limited off street open air parking is available for extra vehicles with prior arrangements subject to availablilty |
| Things To Do |
There are a number of attractions to see locally including Underwaterworld, Dive the HMAS Brisbane, Eumundi markets, Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, The Ginger Factory and of course our beautiful beaches and hinterland. Shopping at Sunshine Plaza is a dream with all the big brands and names you need. There are many scenic drives as well that will take in the coast and hinterland areas. Dont forget to stop in Montville and let your tastebuds run riot. Deep sea fishing charters are run from both Mooloolaba and Noosa as well as ocean jet boats for the thrill seekers. Whale watching tours are as close as Mooloolaba. They also operate from Redcliffe which is just an hours drive away or alternately Hervey Bay which takes a little longer. Overall there is so much to see and do on the Sunshine Coast that you will never hear those famous words "Mum I'm bored!" |
