Cairns Holiday Lodge is a friendly 3 star property conveniently located close to the airport and walking distance (15 minutes) to the New Esplanade city centre.Also walking distance to Hospital & the most beautiful Botanical Gardens. We have 35(Non Smoking) rooms, mainly fully tiled rooms on three levels(including ground floor) There are also buses every 15 minutes to the City (via Convention centre) or to Cairns Beaches. All our rooms are spacious with two double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV with Foxtel Sport 1, 2 & 3, Austar, Tea/Coffee/Toaster, fridge, ensuite bathrooms (with full size bath including shower) phone with direct dial in,dial up internet, and private balconies(Where smoking is permitted). We have a saltwater swimming pool (with free towel hire). Kings’s is our onsite fully licensed Bar & Restaurant (Special deal buy 2 meals & pay for one for booked, early dining available). We have a free under cover guest Bbq area beside our large saltwater pool and waterfall.Onsite we have two Coined Laundries(irons free hire).Close by IGA food & grocery store open 6am to 11pm every day,Bakery and Take away food outlets as well. Take advantage of our free tour desk with free local knowledge. The hotel is located on the corner of Sheridan St and Thomas Street.(359 Sheridan Street) Head north out of Cairns on the Highway towards the airport and we are on the left just past the Statue Of Captain Cook, about 1.5km from the centre of town. |

Cairns is famous for The Great Barrier Reef and Rainforest(Go to Kuranda Via Scenic Train and or Sky Rail(Gondulas over Rain forest) but there is much more to do, the Tropical Tablelands, the Rugged Gulf Savannah region or go Big Game fishing for our elusive Black Marlin or Barramundi, take a flight on the Mail run and see Cape York and the Torres Strait from the air. Learn to dive or just sit back in the sunshine under a coconut tree on one of our famous Beaches. Cairns night-life is vibrant and exciting, with every thing from vast selection of restaurants to the Reef Casino and night clubs.
