Luxury Beach Front Apartments, Oceana on Broadbeach is situated on one of the Gold Coast most famous strip of pristine sand and ocean. Apartments are large, spacious and luxurious, with large balconies and glass sliding doors. Most apartments are air conditioned, all with ceiling fans. Garden view apartments are all air conditioned, have high ceilings which gives you the feeling of added space, large open patios and own private access to the pools, BBQ facilities and beach gate. Master bedrooms are en suite with double basins, spa shaped bath and walk in robe. Fully equipped kitchen, granite bench top with dishwasher/microwave and separate internal laundry with washing machine/dryer. Two bedroom apartments consists of two bedrooms/two bathrooms (including the ensuite) walk in robe, and some units have an additional family/study area. Bedding Configuration for the 2 Bedroom Apartment: King/Queen in the master bedroom en suite, two separate beds in the second bedroom, may consists of two single beds, two doubles, two queens, or a queen and single. Maximum five adults in each two bedroom apartment. Size of apartments range from 148 sq m to 164 sq m. Basically a two bedroom apartment -“lock off” on the second bedroom and second bathroom. Bedding Configuration for the 1 Bedroom Apartment: King/Queen bed en suite. Sleeps maximum 3. **Requests will be noted but are strictly subject to availability** IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ: Schoolies Festival: 1. Oceana on Broadbeach does not seek nor does it accept Schoolies Festivals bookings/reservations. 2. Appropriate Policies and Practices considered necessary to establish and enjoy a risk free and safe presence and enviroment have not been developed and are not in place. Oceana's Owner's and Managers are not in a situation to create or fund a risk free safe enviroment for Owners and their Guests on their property in a Schoolies Festival enviroment with associated behaviour and activities. 3. In these circumstances we recommend Schoolies Festival bookings/reservations be made with Schoolies 4. Schoolies Festival Students/Parents who make reservations/bookings providing false, inaccurate or incomplete details such as age/number of guests and Schoolies Festival purpose of stay - or who disregard Oceana's above stated Schoolies Festival position will have that booking/reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited and no alternative accommodation will be provided. 5. Coolangatta airport is approximately 35 minutes by car, and to the City of Brisbane or Brisbane airport 70 minutes. Oceana on Broadbeach backs onto Old Burleigh Road which runs parallel to Broadbeach and to Surf Parade and the Gold Coast Highway. Oceana is located immediately North of The Broadbeach Surf Life Saving Clubhouse and at the Eastern end of Broadbeach Bowls Club. Cross streets from Surf Parade are Amrick Avenue and Second Avenue. It is only a few minutes walk to the many restaurants, open air coffee houses offering a variety of cuisine, as well as rows of the best of Gold Coast shopping. Nearby is Gold Coast’s biggest shopping centre, Pacific Fair. The Gold Coast’s Jupiters Casino and the new Convention Centre are approximately 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes in the car. Easy access to all theme parks and the hinterland. Only a few minutes to championship golf courses. The Broadbeach Life Saving Club is just adjacent to our property, and the Kurrawa Surf Club is only 10 minutes walk along the beach path. |
