Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments - the Gold Coast's only low rise 3 storey walk up with FREE FULLY DUCTED reverse cycle AIR CONDITIONING available. All apartments have 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, fully self-contained with kitchen & laundry. Only 18 apartments in complex and all have a balcony with pool & spa views. Half way between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Located just two blocks from the patrolled beach, with no major roads to cross. HIGH SPEED ADSL+2 WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION a direct dial phone. 10 channel Foxtel TV in lounge & main bedroom. On site tour booking facility for theme parks, day trips and restaurants. Be looked after by on site managers Dean & Michelle during your stay.
This property IS NOT suitable to SCHOOLIES,bucks/hens/footy/netball trips; we do not have the policies & procedures to cater for the unique requriements of such reservations. Getting There	Location: Situated halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach (just behind Crowne Plaza) Comming from Broadbeach to Surfers Paradise. On left side of main highway look for Fire Station, move to centre lane so that you can do right turn into First Ave, then left hand turn into Beach Parade. Comming from Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach, look for Crowne Plaza. Turn left into First Ave, then left into Beach Parade. Please remeber that we are in Beach PARADE & NOT Beach ROAD. ALL GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT TO BE STAYING WITH THEM FOR THE ENTIRE DUARTION OF THE BOOKED NIGHTS.
