Lovely quiet, spacious units with large balconies to take in views of ocean, hinterland and city lights. Marriner Views is a 24 storey property across the road from patrolled surf beach. Outdoor swimming pool heated in cooler months, jacuzzi and steam room, barbeque area and full sized tennis court.
All apartments are very large with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, all have spacious balconies(some enclosed)and each apartment is very well appointed.
We are idealy situated close to the popular Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club, as well as many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. Close to the Convention and Exhibition Centre and Casino. Marriner Views is luxury at the peaceful end of paradise.

We do not have the support systems necessary to make the Schoolies experience safe and enjoyable. Any booking that is made for young people associated with Schoolies, where no parent is staying in the unit for the period of the booking, will be refused at check-in with no refund payable.

Getting There Marriner Views is on the corner of Garfield Terrace and Fern Street, an easy seven minutes walk from Cavill Mall and close to Broadbeach. Easily accessible by bus, with the stop 100 metres from the property. Traveling north by car, turn right off the Gold Coast Highway at Wharf Street then left on Old Burleigh Road, which takes you to the roundabout at Fern St and right to Marriner Views. Travelling south, turn left off the Gold Coast Highway into Fern St. We are only to willing to organise your hire car, or shuttle bus from either Coolangatta or Brisbane Airports to deliver you directly at Marriner Views. For the ultimate in luxury why not have a chauffered limousine pick you and deliver you to Marriner Views.
Parking Secure undercover parking available, one car space per apartment.
Things To Do We are centrally located between Surfers Paraidse and Broadbeach with all the attractions of both locations, including restuarants, shops, supermarkets, casino, convention centre, golf links, mini golf, bowls clubs, turf club and Theme parks.
