Birches Serviced Apartments are located in fashionable East Melbourne, renowned for its beautiful parks and gardens, architecture and quiet tree-lined streets. Our apartments offer you fully equipped kitchens with microwaves and hotplates. Queen size beds in the bedroom with ensuite bathrooms.

The tram on our corner takes you into the CBD, or to many of Melbourne's attractions.
We are within walking distance to almost anything you will need, including local shops and the CBD,
We offer easy access to Melbourne's sporting precinct with the MCG, and Melbourne Park, incorporating Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena and AAMI Park all within walking distance. Etihad Stadium is a simple tram away.
We are also close to Melbourne's theatres and many bars, cafes, pubs as well as cheap bowls of noodle soup on Victoria St!

Getting There	Located at 160 Simpson Street (corner Albert Street) East Melbourne. The 109 tram will deliver you to the heart of the city, this tram stops 100m from our front door. Skybus/Starbus offer a door to door service from the airport and Southern Cross train station. We have a direct-line with the taxi service. Check in 2pm but we'll try to check you in earlier. Things To Do	We are in a very central part of Melbourne, but with the added bonus of treelined streets and low levels of noise and traffic. Perfect if you want to be close to, but not in, the CBD. We are walking distance to CBD, MCG, Melbourne Park (Rod Laver Arena, Olympic Park, Hisense Arena, AAMI Park). Bridge Road shopping precinct is nearby with many sporting outlets and warehouses. There are also many restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes for your to explore as well as shows at the Princess and Regent theatres. We are very well serviced to Melbourne's public transport network, taking you wherever you need to go. Our friendly staff know Melbourne well and are happy to help you find your way to Melbourne's many attractions. The trams stop at our corner and takes you to city, Queen Victoria Markets and Etihad Stadium.
