The Royce Hotel is one of Melbourne's finest 5 star designer boutique hotel's. The hotel is located next to the beautiful historic grounds of Melbourne Grammar and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Many of Melbourne's best restaurants are within walking distance. Fawkner Park & Tennis Courts and Albert Park Lake & Golf Course are within walking distance. Melbourne's theatre district, Southbank, CBD and fashionable Chapel Street are all within a short tram ride.

The hotel offers 100 modern contemporary rooms and suites. The new rooms (Superior Deluxe, Superior Balcony, Executive Room, Premier Suite, Royal Suite) have designer furnishings, Italian marble bathrooms, CD Players, all new rooms offer panoramic views and some with large private walk out furnished balconies and some with bath spa with LCD screens. The hotel offers 24 hour room service and reception. All rooms at the Royce Hotel have 42 inch plasma screens.
