The hotel now offers 100 modern contemporary rooms and suites. The new rooms (Superior Deluxe, Superior Balcony, Executive Suite, Premier Suite, Royal Suite) have designer furnishings, Italian marble bathrooms, CD Players, all new rooms offer panoramic views and some with large private walk out balconies and some with bath spa with LCD screens. The hotel offers 24 hour room service and reception. All rooms at the Royce Hotel have 42 inch plasma screens. A unique and well located hotel, situated next to the Royal Botanic Gardens on Melbourne’s famous Boulevard, St.Kilda Road. The hotel features a private outdoor courtyard, stylish lounge bar and award winning ‘dish’ restaurant. ‘dish’ the hotel’s award winning restaurant was refurbished in October 2005 and now offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with the clever use of dark stained timber screens and hand painted dishes from local artists on mirrored walls. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu, with modern Australian inspired dishes, an extensive wine list with an emphasis on local and Australian wines. Restaurant Open: Breakfast 7 days a week Lunch Monday to Friday only (Amberoom avail 7 days for light meals) Dinner every day except Sunday (Amberoom avail 7 days for light meals) Amberoom, the ultra stylish amber lit bar was refurbished in July 2006 and features a wide range of cocktails and beverages and the bar’s famous range of boutique beers. The bar is open 7 days a week from 10am until late and also serves light meals all day.
