The Retreat has several different styles of accommodation, all self contained in a holiday park on 4 acres. We have 4 Cabins sleeping 5 in each. 3 Bungalows sleeping 6 in each. 2 Duplexes sleeping 16 in each. 1 Lodge sleeping 24 which is perfect for larger groups. Please call for quote. All buildings have TV, microwave, full stove, heaters and ceiling fans. All beds are supplied with linen, doonas and blankets and pillows. Our building are nestled in amongst a natural bush setting and the property backs onto the Stockton sand dunes. Other features of the park include a swimming pool, games room, camp fires, BBQ areas, cheap sandboard hire, boat/trailer parking and Quad bike access to the dunes. It is a short drive to beaches and 4WD access to the beach and dunes. Just minutes from whale and dolphin watching cruises as well as some great fishing and boating. |

Duplex for Groups
Fully self contained. Sleeps up to 16. Each has a kitchen and a large lounge/dining area. Both have 3 bedrooms with 2 showers and 3 toilets. Colour TV, Video, microwave, ceiling fans and laundry. Pillows, doona and sheets are provided. Carport and ramp. Rates are for 15 people. The room caters for a maximum of 15 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 15 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children maximum of 6. Bedding configuration is Seperate queen bedroom. 2nd bedroom has 4 single bunk beds. No check in or check out Xmas day or New Years day. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Business FacilitiesThe Retreat is 2 and a half hours from Sydney. 35 minutes from Newcastle and 15 minutes from Newcastle airport. Nelson Bay is 10 minutes further which is the major mariner in the port. |

| Getting There |
From Sydney drive north on the F3 and follow the signs to Port Stephens. We are on Nelson Bay Road between the 2 roundabouts at Anna Bay. From Newcastle airport we are 15 minutes drive or catch the Nelson Bay bus and get off at David Graham's Golf Complex and cross the road. |

| Things To Do |
The Retreat back onto the Stockton beach sand dunes. The dunes are less than 100 metres from us and are great fun for quad bikes, motor bikes, sand boarding or just a walk. The sand dunes are the largest in the southern hemisphere and need to be seen to be believed. There are also many quad bike tours or 4 wheel drive tours or even horse riding tours on the sand dunes. Dolphin watching cruises and whale watching cruises depart daily from Nelson bay. There are many boat ramps and great fishing in the area. For golf enthusiasts there is Horizons, Pacific Dunes and Nelson Bay golf course. |
