The Villa offers a touch of the Mediterranean, with a pillared terrace looking over a beautiful garden. Double Spa overlooking a courtyard, open log fire, r/c air conditioning and full kitchen facilities. A true home away from home! Apple Tree Cottage is an 1860's olde English Cottage overlooking expansive water, and comes with your own rowboat to use on a Lake stocked with Redfin! Its beauty and peacefulness is unrivaled, creating memories for ever! Lavender Fields is a French Country Cottage with endulgent luxury. Situated on its own 3 acre garden, the views from every window are stunning. Very stylish, and comfort has been carefully catered for. | Getting There |
We'll expect to welcome you personally at our reception between 3-3:15pm. If this time is not suitabel please make contcat to make a suitable time. Adelaide to Oakbank: Travelling up the South Eastern Freeway (M1) drive approx. 20 minutes to the Hahndorf/ Birdwood/ Woodside exit, and follow the Woodside signs. The Onkaparinga Valley Drive will lead you through Verdun, then Balhannah and then Oakbank. When in Oakbank, the Oakbank Hotel will be on your left, another half a kilometre up is a pizza bar. Immediately after the pizza bar on the left, turn up Oakwood Road. 2.1 kms up Oakwood Rd on left is Adelaide Hills Country Cottages sign, please drive on in to reception carpark. From Southern Direction: (Melbourne) Exit the M1 at the Mount Barker/ Hahndorf Exit and turn right over bridge. Drive into Little Hampton and turn left at the Little Hampton Hotel. Follow the signs to Balhannah- approx 8 kilometres. When in balhannah, turn right at Balhannah Hotel, and follow main road into Oakbank. When in Oakbank, the Oakbank Hotel will be on your left, another half a kilometre up is a pizza bar. Immediately after the pizza bar on the left, turn up Oakwood Road. 2.1 kms up Oakwood Rd on left is Adelaide Hills Country Cottages sign, please drive on in to reception carpark. |

| Things To Do |
Our 200 acre property: Guests enjoy the walking trails over our property, through Apple Orchards and Lemon Groves, watching sunsets over the hills whilst sipping on their favourite Adelaide Hills wine! They enjoy getting rid of the watch and just "being" for a while. For those who want to get out and about: The Adelaide Hills is full of gems to discover.. Food and Wine- There are 20 plus restaurants, all within a 10 minute drive from our property, so there are plenty of culinery choices for the discerning palate. Discovering local winery cellar doors, all over the Adelaide Hills makes a delightful day out. Country Markets - a treat to discover the local produce, plants and crafts. Take home a momento of your stay! Nature and the great outdoors- Wildlife sanctuaries, walking trails, horseriding, golf courses and beautiful picnic spots are all within a short drive from us. Culture and History - "The Cedars" in Hahndorf, is a wonderful exhibition of the life of painter Hans Heysen, who called this area home. Each town in the Adelaide Hills has a collection of historical buildings and a story to tell. Family days out- plenty of attractions will keep families enchanted. The Toy factory in Gumeracha- home of the worlds largest Rocking Horse. Birdwood is where you will find the National Motor Museum- a treat for motor enthusiasts. No matter how you choose to spend your time, the Adelaide Hills has much to offer, and your own "Adelaide Hills Country Cottage" is so close to it all! |
